Registering a sole proprietorship is a straightforward process that allows individuals to operate a business under their name or a chosen business name. We will do a free pre-search on the names you suggest. If the first preferred name is not available, we will register with the second preferred name.

Business name must be approved before it can be used for registration. You can suggest up to 3 names in the order of preference. We will then submit the names to B.C Registries for approval.

We offer 3 processing queues which includes name approval and registration processing. Government registries processing timeline may vary based on their work load but we do our best to complete the registration in the processing queue you select.
