To properly windup your business, you need submit an application to the Registries to dissolve and cancel the business registration to make it official. This is required so that you are no longer liable for any issues arise from the inactive business. Dissolving the registration of your business is also a requirement to close the tax accounts with CRA.

A Company key is required to dissolve the business. If you don't know or don't have a company key, we can request it from Ontario Business Registries for a fee.

A Company Password is required to dissolve the business. If you don't know or don't have a company Password, we can request it from British Columbia Business Registries for a fee.

A CLICSÉQUR Code is required to dissolve the business. If you don't know or don't have a CLICSÉQUR Code, we can request it from Quebec Business Registries for a fee.

A Corporation Key is required to dissolve the business. If you don't know or don't have a Corporation Key, we can request it from Federal for a fee.
