To bring a corporation back to active status after it has been dissolved, you can file a revival application. If a corporation has been dissolved due to missed annual returns then only it can be revived. If your corporation has been dissolved for more than the time allowed for revival it cannot be revived. For federal Corporations it is 2 years and for provincial corporations it is usually 10 years. Once the Corporation has Revived the Registration will be issue the certification of Revival. All documents will be delivered by email.

A Corporation Revival can be requested by any one of the directors of the corporation.
